    • Exposureto tech skills in teaching
    • Strictler to performance and index
    • Emotional intelligenence skills
    • Chairing skills
    • Mentorship skills
    • Mediating 
    • Demonstrator 
    • A good listener 
    • Maintain disciplne with in accordance in accordance with rules and disciplinary systems
    • Provide appropriate and timely feedback
    • Encourage and monitorthe progress of individual students
    • Use information to adgust teaching strategies
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development
