We are seeking a dynamic and Experienced Strategist to lead our experiential agency and non-agency business.
As the Lead Strategist, you will be responsible for developing innovative and effective strategies to drive marketing campaigns for our services and offerings to enhance consumer experiences and achieve our clients' marketing objectives.
Your creativity, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the experiential marketing landscape will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop, lead, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer trends and behaviors to provide data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies and activations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, offer strategic recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of strategists and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Brand Activation Plan: Create and oversee experiential marketing plan, ensuring they align with clients' brand identity and goals.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets to maximize resources efficiently.
Creative Ideation: Foster a culture of creative brainstorming and ideation to generate unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Presentation Skills: Communicate marketing strategies and campaign plans to internal teams and clients effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven 5 years experience in experiential marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and brand activation.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring marketing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
