Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing products, including at least 3+ years of experience leading/managing design teams
Prior experience building mobile first neobanks and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance) is a plus
Experience working and managing teams in a cross-cultural and international environment, alongside all levels of stakeholders
Having knowledge of design management and related processes, as well as the ability to mentor young designers, is important
Demonstrate a keen focus on user experience, understanding and prioritizing user needs, and actively contributing to its enhancement.
