    Lead, Orthopedics and Spine Implants Team

    Job Summary

    • As Team Lead, the successful candidate will organize the activities of the department, allocate responsibilities, and ensure the optimum performance of the entire team. We expect the successful candidate to introduce innovative ideas that will boost the productivity of the entire team.

    Job Description

    • Organize the workflow of the Orthopedic & Spine Implants team.
    • Supervise the activities of Team Members, and ensure compliance with laid down policies.
    • Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure the attainment of sales objectives.
    • Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to grow sales and share in the Spine & Orthopedics Implant market.
    • Liaise with Territory Sales Managers to identify business growth opportunities; develop and execute sales and budgeting plans.
    • Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of our instruments and products in surgeries.
    • Work with Territory Managers to ensure the delivery of complete instruments and implants to clients/operating theatre
    • Conduct product training/workshops.
    • Actively participate in product training/workshops to enhance product knowledge and surgical techniques.
    • Study relevant clinical articles/information to enhance knowledge and provide relevant advice to internal/external clients.
    • Show leadership and guidance in interaction with subordinates within the team.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Medical field.
    • 7 - 12 years work experience.
    • Previous experience with Spine / Orthopedic Implants.
    • Great communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Persuasiveness and resilience.
    • Sound negotiation & sales skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Top customer service skills.
    • The ability to drive is an added advantage.
