Lead Maintenance Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
- At least 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to oversee maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive preventive maintenance programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced maintenance professional with a solid technical background.
- Capable of leading maintenance teams and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
