Lead Internal Auditor at Lily Hospitals Limited

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead, Internal Auditor to drive audit excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support enterprise-wide risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal audits across all business units
• Assess financial, operational, and compliance risks; recommend improvements
• Review findings and track implementation of corrective actions
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain the risk register
• Supervise and mentor audit team members
• Provide advisory support on internal controls and process improvements
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• ICAN certification is required; additional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, Corporate Governance) are an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (health or service sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of audit, risk management, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure
