    Lead Generation Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research, identify, and qualify high-quality leads (B2B focus)
    • Cold calling and follow-ups with prospects
    • Manage inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and website inquiries
    • Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
    • Build and manage prospect lists using Google, LinkedIn, and online tools
    • Support the sales team with booked meetings and warm leads

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales
    • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
    • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
    • Strong research and data organization skills
    • Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
    • Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
