Lead Facility Manager at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services (AMFacilities)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
• Perform inspections unannounced round the project
• Involvement and input with the portfolio manager for the section of service managers
• Ensure a well-managed, well-maintained portfolio within the project and grow company’s market share
• Co-ordinate planned preventive maintenance for all sites within the cluster ensuring that the PPM schedule for each site is adhered to
• Ensure compliance to client’s terms and conditions
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
• Oversee security of buildings and grounds
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution in Nigeria
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
• Must be a well-organised, detailed, and customer (internal and external) oriented
• Work with little supervision
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
