Lead Cost and Project Engineer at Scruples Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and validate cost, commitment, progress and resource data.
• Maintain cost reports, forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.
• Track approved changes, commitments, invoices and expenditure against control budgets.
• Support cost meetings and communicate trends, risks and corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and maintain auditable cost records.
• Coordinate with project controls, procurement, finance and project teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Degree/HND in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, economics or related field
• Cost-control/project-controls experience
• Strong Excel/reporting and analytical capability
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.
• Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.
• Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
