I am currently sourcing for a Lead Coordinator Caregiver for my client.

Job Title: Lead Coordinator Caregiver

Reports to: Hard Line- Operations Lead Dotted Line MD/CEO

Unit: Home & Elder Care/Rehab

Working Hours: 08:00 am- 05:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Salary: N 300,000- N 350,000 per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Lead operations and manage the departments home and elder care services of PC with a specific emphasis on strategy execution, ongoing implementation and business growth:
• Building and fully developing PC Care into the leading homecare agency business and the leading provider of homecare/nursing handling training for individuals and institutions in the country.
• Developing and rolling out the policies, procedures and operational execution of PC rehabilitation centers to establish PC as a leader in in-patient rehabilitation.
• Ensuring the management, development and customer service delivery of the staff within the divisions under your care in line with company policies and standards and requirements of the attendant regulator
• Drive the financial performance the business units and the human resource capacity under your care to ensure full execution of the strategic plans of the business and achievement of financial goals.
• Execute PC’s strategic, growth and expansion plans such as roll out of new rehabilitation clinics/centers (site/lease identification, management and negotiations, equipping, staffing and rollout and implementation of policies and procedures) and the development of the ancillary businesses
• Problem solves and lead as a member of the EXCO
• Provide day to day management/oversight and performance leadership to the divisions in your care
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the clinical operations and the respective administrative and nonclinical staff therein. Drive the commercial success (profit and loss) of the divisions under your responsibility and actively lead/participate in the decision making to ensure success
• Responsible for implementation and compliance of rehabilitation and delivery processes to deliver the highest levels of care and customer service. Support the ED Clinical Excellence in driving excellence and ensuring day to day compliance with practice guidelines
• Oversee the, inventory and operational control and management of the assets and sites under your care by ensuring policies, procedures and clinical guidelines are adhered to and evolved as appropriate
• Oversee the scheduling, care provision, marketing activities and development of your staff (Admins, PT’s, caregivers, nurses) and managing their performance to deliver growth of the • Ensure that the senior clinicians in your divisions act as a team, coordinate appropriately with hospitals, families, doctors and others and support their actions with the necessary documentation of care provided to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care. Ensure that reporting standards and requirements are maintained and information and metrics to assess performance and service delivery are collected and monitored. Own the customer service excellence. Provide quality and accurate reports on business operations as at when due to your supervisor, head office, EXCO and Board Team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Bsc in a related field or business management
• Previous exposure to the homecare business required. If not versed in the area of health care management (hospital management or operations)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Experience as a nurse (BSN) preferred
• 5 Years of Related Work Experience Required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
