    Lead Business Process Developer

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Description
    We are currently looking to hire a Lead Business Process Developer. The role entails the following requirements and responsibilities:

    • Familiar with K2 Business process automation platform, Robotics, UiPath, MS SharePoint & office 365 product knowledge
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or other degree with relevant experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of related IT Solutions architecture/Development experience
    • Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills.
    • Required industry certifications is an added advantage
    • Motivates, guides and supports team to achieve results, add value and accomplish set goals and objectives
    • Work directly with client representatives to understand the specific requirements that are driving the need for a solution to be designed.
    • Plans and implements design activities required to fulfil clientТs business requirements.
    • Balances technology investments and risks with providing value to the client by improving business processes and eliminating unnecessary complexities.
    • Configuring and developing custom code using .NET technologies that allow the product to meet the business needs of the customer.
    • Execute tasks as per K2 design and development methodology.
    • Conducting independent technical research using company supplied tools, databases, knowledge bases, etc. in order to find solutions to meet customer requirements.
    • Participates in all post design and deployment phases to verify that the solution is installed, configured and documented correctly.
    • Throughout the course of implementation, helps the project team recognize and mitigate any risks to existing business processes or to the solution's overall success.
    • Involved in training to make sure the solution will be supported and maintained appropriately after implementation is complete.
    • Interfacing with customers and partners on general and specific issues and involving other experts and/or management as necessary.
    • Mentors and coaches team members periodically to close observed skill gaps and improve the overall efficiency of the team
    • Monitors performance of team via daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Conducts periodic performance reviews, disciplinary functions and generally manages the performance of team members
    • Responsible for recruiting, training and developing team members as the need arises.
