Laundry Personnel at a Notable Hospitality Company

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a laundry personnel who will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items are clean and ready for use by guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

• Sort and wash all hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items according to established procedures
• Dry, fold, and store all laundered items in a neat and organized manner
• Inspect all laundered items for stains, tears, or other damage before returning them to circulation
• Maintain inventory of all laundry supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure that all laundry areas are clean and organized at all times
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Working Conditions:

The hotel laundry personnel will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests and staff. They may be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects. The position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
