• Applicants for all positions must reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas of Lagos State, with reasonable access to the hospital.
• Strictly for applicants residing in Lagos
• Applicants who live far outside the stated areas may not be considered due to the operational requirements of the facility.

Job Summary

• The Laboratory Technician will support efficient and accurate laboratory operations by conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining equipment, processing samples, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples appropriately.
• Perform laboratory investigations according to approved procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely laboratory results.
• Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, biosafety, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor laboratory supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of samples and reagents.
• Support internal quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised laboratory environment.

Requirements

• HND in Medical Laboratory Technology or relevant qualification.
• 3–5 years post-clinical experience.
• Valid professional registration/licence where applicable.
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
