Kitchen Assistant at Gourmet Twist

Job Description

• Preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables or preparing meats, for the chefs and cooks.
• Assisting with food preparation and cooking, such as measuring ingredients or stirring sauces.
• Operating kitchen equipment, such as mixers, blenders, and food processors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
• Assisting with the receiving, storage, and organization of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning spills.
• Assisting with inventory management, such as taking stock of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage
