Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing business plans, ensuring customer service satisfaction, and managing key accounts.
• The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for developing growth strategies for accounts, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
• Account management skills and experience managing key clients
• Experience in developing business plans
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain client relationships
• Experience in managing key accounts and developing growth strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Experience in the telecom industry is an advantage
