The Key Account Manager focused on executing the management of the agency’s clients and brands by nurturing client relationships, ensuring the development and the successful execution of PR, Marketing & Communication strategies and campaigns. This role requires entrepreneurial skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing/sales, Communications, Creative, Events. The role delivers an exceptional level of client service and strategic/creative thinking, as well as, having an active role in driving efficiency and leading growth across all the categories.
The Ideal Account Manager must be willing to work closely with clients and is always eager to be a part of something new and dynamic. He/ She must be willing to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across markets, becoming a trusted and valued advisor and delivery specialist.
