Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on rental laws, taxes, and ordinances across various jurisdictions worldwide. You are required to have the ability to use AI to summarize data and have a fast pace at reading online ordinances and documents easily and create engaging and informative content in various formats, such as blog posts, videos, and presentations, to educate and inform our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on rental laws in various jurisdictions around the world.
• Quickly and accurately read and interpret ordinances, statutes, and documents related to rental laws.
• Collate and organize information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner for various audiences.
• Create compelling and informative blog posts from the information collated.
• Create detailed and engaging video scripts that simplify complex rental information.
• Create high-quality videos based on the scripts you've developed.
• Stay updated with changes in rental laws across jurisdictions and update our database accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in research, or a related field.
• Strong ability to search for, gather, and analyze data from various sources without stress.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and the ability to process and understand complex legal documents quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to present information in a logical and accessible manner.
• Creative writing skills with experience in drafting video scripts or similar content.
• Experience with or willingness to learn A.I. tools for video production.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
