Junior Technician (Hot Section & Cold Section)

Job Summary
- As a Junior Technician, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
- You will work under senior engineers to gain practical experience in handling hot (ovens, fryers) and cold (refrigerators, cold rooms) equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in equipment repair and installation.
- Learn troubleshooting techniques for electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform basic cleaning, wiring, and maintenance under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and report daily activities to supervisors.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience or recent technical school graduate.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical tools.
- Eagerness to learn, reliable, and good teamwork skills.
