Job Description

• Maintain and monitor company servers, networks. and cloud-based systems.
• Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and best practices.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and patch management
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in setting up and managing user accounts. permissions, and security policies
• Support IT infrastructure projects. including installations and upgrades
• Document IT processes, configurations. and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.. AWS,
• Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of network administration. firewalls, and security protocols.
