Job Summary

• As a Junior Site Engineer, you will assist the Senior Site Engineer in inspecting and monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. 
• This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level civil engineer to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection Work: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify defects, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Assist in implementing quality control processes to ensure that construction works meet the required standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including inspection reports, site diaries, and correspondence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Site Engineer, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any incidents or concerns to the Senior Site Engineer.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications.
