Junior Quantity Surveyor at Adozillion Homes & Realty

Job Description

• We are looking for a young enthusiastic individual with 2-3 years’ cognate experience who will provide commercial assistance to our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting and supporting the Cost Managers, Estimators and Quantity Surveyors with the commercial function to projects, namely; applications for payment; identification measurement and valuation of variations; subcontract accounts, monthly Budgeted Vs Actuals reporting, debt management and estimating.
• Inventory and Store management.

Requirements

• Residence proximity to Lekki/Ajah or environs is very important.
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
• Professional certification (or in-view) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project and email/internet.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and manner.
• Good adaptation, organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for details and finer points
• Friendly yet professional manner. A good team worker.
• Strong analytical skills, with high level of accuracy in calculations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
