Junior IT Consultant at The People Practice

Our client in the Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics industry, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Junior IT Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to clients in order to help them optimize their IT systems and achieve their business goals. This role involves analyzing the current IT infrastructure, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage business development, integrate and maximize the value of IT systems
• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives and requirement
• Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff
• Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
• Assist with technical issues, revise existing systems and suggest improvements
• Support new technology implementation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in computer science, IT, or relevant field;
• Minimum of 2-3 proven years of experience as an IT Consultant
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A+ is an asset)

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Experience with various operating systems and databases
