Responsibilities

I.C.T Support Duties:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients (hardware, software, network).
• Provide support to all our services with all our clients.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues where necessary.

Business Development Duties:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Help manage client communications and prepare proposals.
• Support the other team with research that will project the company profitably.
• Maintain and assist in adequate reporting both internally and to clients.

Requirements
What You'll Need

• Degree or Diploma in Technology related courses, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of I.T systems and solution implementations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
