Key Responsibilities

• •Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
• Assist with account reconciliations and bank statement reviews
• Track invoices, receipts, and vendor payments
• Support budget preparation and financial reporting
• Monitor field-related expenditures and flag anomalies
• Assist with petty cash management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls
• Liaise with procurement and field teams to align spending

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years’ work experience in a finance/admin/accounting role
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and integrity with numbers
• Ability to work independently and within a small, mission-driven team
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
