Junior Engineer at Dutum Company Limited

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years Bsc/Hnd in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical supervisory support to the project engineer and interpret construction drawings for execution of project works.
• Manage labour and artisan workforce on site, ensuring productivity and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare work projections, track progress against planned programs, and develop lookahead plans.
• Supervise work to ensure conformance with quality baselines, engineering standards, and QA/QC procedures.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, take notes, prepare timely reports, and translate discussions into actionable plans.
