Junior Design Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed designs for sheet metal components and welded structures, ensuring functional and structural integrity.
- Select appropriate materials considering mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, ease of assembly, and cost efficiency.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to generate 2D technical drawings, 3D models, and nesting layouts for production.
- Perform design validation through simulations and testing to ensure performance, safety, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to facilitate seamless production and resolve design-related issues.
