Junior Accountant at Uncle Stan's Foods

Job Summary.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statement and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transaction
• Process invoice, receipt, and payment
• Support monthly and yearly close process
• Perform petty cash retirement and disbursement.
• Reconcile banks statement and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and report an account payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with company polices and relevant accounting regulation
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

Qualifications

• OND\HND\B.Sc in accounting, Finance or any related field
• 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skill
• Good communication and management skill
• Ability to work well both independently and in team
