    Junior Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
    • Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
    • Updating financial records via accounting software
    • Assistin the processing ofincome statementand other financialstatement
    • Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
    • Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets

    Qualification & Requirements

    • Must Posses B.Sc / HND qualification in Accounting, Banking &Finance or any Finance related course from a reputable University or Polytechnic
    • Must have minimum of 3 years relevant experience in related field
    • Must havegood knowledge of MS excel and accounting software ERP
    • Must be articulate and smart.
