Junior Account Officer at J-Six Group

Job Description

• Monitor usage of produce and escalate mismanagement
• Keeping track of inventory and ensuring proper record is kept
• Contribute in the weekly and daily production cost analysis
• Record all egg produce taken out of the Farm to the outlets
• Collate minute of technical meetings and forward to Management
• Assist the Farm Manager in preparing the monthly Management account
• Assist the Farm Accountant in preparation of financial statements on a daily basis.
• Ensure sales of spent layers are documents and payment is remitted appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
• 0 - 1 year experience in a Finance or Accounting department
• Open to learning
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Basic use of Microsoft Excel is important
• Proactive and ability to pay attention to details
• Outstanding documentation skills and well organized.

Salary
N50,000 Net Monthly.
