Junior Account Officer  at Grandville Medical & Laser

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support in the preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting policies and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory documentation.
• Handle petty cash and track expenses.
• Support senior accountants and management with various accounting tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting tools, software, and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
