Janitorial Supervisor at Thyaura Partners Concept

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage janitorial staff across assigned locations
• Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet company and client standards
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels
• Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical usage
• Enforce discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts, and site allocations
• Ensure adequate manpower and handle staff shortages or replacements
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and handle complaints
• Monitor and manage cleaning materials, tools, and inventory usage
• Ensure timely requisition and proper storage of supplies
• Maintain records of attendance, tasks, and site activities
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to management.
