Job Description

• As we scale our operations, we are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented male janitor team lead with integrity, accuracy, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a remote team of janitorial staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members or stakeholders

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

• 2+ years of experience in a janitorial or facilities management role
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team effectively
