IT Trainee
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 year
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support system setup. user account management. and routine maintenance Of IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to IT projects, software updates, inventory documentation, and basic cybersecurity
Requirements
- A degree in Science, Information Technobgy, or a related field.
- 1 year (post NYSC) experience in an IT Support role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware. operating systems (Wlndows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Good troubleshooting, cornmunication, and teamwork skills.
- Wlllingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
