IT Technician / Intern

Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of IT systems and networks.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software.
- Assist with setting up new employees’ IT access and accounts.
- Support network and server management as required.
- Document IT procedures and technical solutions for internal use.
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1-3 years work experience.
