POSITION: IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

LOCATION : SANGO OTA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ·Hardware management for Biometrics / access control system, CCTV cameras and Intercom systems.
- ·Troubleshooting and promptly resolving the hardware issues as they arise.
- ·Execute sales related responsibilities where required.
- ·Escalate issues immediately to the reporting Manager.
- Attend to any other responsibilities as assigned by his superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- ·Minimum 1 year experience.
- ·Familiarity with hardware and software management for Biometrics access control devices, CCTV IP cameras and Intercom systems.
- ·Should have knowledge on basic Networking connections.
- ·Have good Communication, Organizational skills.
- ·Good Problem solving skills.
- ·Must be resident around Iyana Ipaja, Sango OTA or its environ.
