    IT Support Staff

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnosing software or hardware faults and solving the issues over the phone or in person.
    • Trouble shooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues.
    • Installation & configuration of a company's computer hardware operating systems and applications
    • Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
    • Testing and evaluating new technology

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BSc / B.Tech Degree or HND with 0 - 2 years experience.
