Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja. 
• The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Set up and configure user accounts, email, and other network services
• Monitor and maintain network security and performance
• Document and track all technical issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications
• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of network protocols and architectures
• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS).
