We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, managing Active Directory, and ensuring optimal system performance.
The ideal candidate will support infrastructure projects, maintain IT asset inventory, and uphold security and data protection standards
Responsibilities
Deliver technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
Administer Active Directory, including user account management and group policy configuration.
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Execute regular updates, patches, and system backups.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of IT assets.
Assist in network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
