IT Support Specialist at Mega Lifesciences

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and optimize company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and workstations.
• Enforce data backup policies and robust cybersecurity protocols.
• Provide swift Tier 1 & 2 diagnostic and technical support to minimize downtime.
• Manage cloud productivity tools and core software updates.

What we are looking for:

• Degree/HND in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting logic and familiarity with Active Directory & Office 365.
• Technical certifications (CompTIA, CCNA) are a distinct advantage.
