IT Support & Service Delivery Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 10 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Key requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree/HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
- 4–5 years experience in IT support, service desk, IT operations or IT service management
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint devices, networking, printers, user accounts and enterprise applications
- Experience using an IT service management/helpdesk platform
- ITIL 4 Foundation is required
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Microsoft certifications are advantageous
