IT Support Personnel at Devien Consult

Description 
The person should be able but not be limited to:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults, and replace parts as required.
• Provide hardware and software support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Configure Library automation software and Document Management solutions.

Job Requirements

• Should have an OND / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Library Information Technology, and other related fields.
• Should understand Computer systems and networking with hand on experience
• Should have at least 3 years experience with IT related solutions
• A practical understanding of Library Automation and Document Management Solution will be an added advantage.
• Should be a male.
• Should live around Yaba axis and environs.
