IT Support Officer

IT Support Officer for an Electronics Manufacturing firm in lekki, Lagos.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- IT Help Desk - Daily Technical Support
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- VOIP Phone Configuration and management
- Access Control Management
- At least 3 years of experience
