IT Support Officer (Onsite) at Norrenberger Financial Group

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate new technology and software
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Networking
• Active Directory Configuration and Management
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Office365 Administration.
• Administration and implementation of IT security standards and policies across all systems
• Maintenance and effective management of all IT assets as well as resolution of general issues to minimize incidents and system related problems
• Application migration, deployment and monitored periodic updates
• General PC support (hardware and software)
• Conductperiodic trainings on IT policies and services for users on new technologies and as the need arises
• Routine preventive maintenance and inventory of all computer systems and network hardware

Requirements

• B.Sc in a relevant field
• 3-5 years experience in IT Support preferably in the financial services industry
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Applicants must currently reside in Abuja or be open to relocation.
