Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- 1 - 2 years of practical experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
- Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
