Description

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Officer with strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• The ideal candidate must be technically sound, proactive, and capable of supporting business applications including collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and other productivity software.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hardware faults and replace defective components.
• Install and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
• Provide support for tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
• Resolve user technical issues promptly (onsite and remote support).
• Assist with Wi-Fi setup and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure antivirus systems and data backups are properly managed.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Good working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking and internet configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
