    IT Support Officer

    • This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Officer located in Nigeria.
    • The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and maintaining IT systems and equipment.

    Qualifications

    • Technical support and troubleshooting skills
    • Hardware and software knowledge
    • Network problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in maintaining IT systems and equipment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
