IT Support Officer

Job Description
- Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers.
- Provides proper monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Setting up of computer LAN and providing solution to IT related matters
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Repairing, replacing parts and checking computer equipments for electrical safety
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staffs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in this role
- HND/BSc in any Computer science/ Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, computer maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
