IT Support Officer at ESOSA Food System

We are looking for a highly responsive, technically skilled, and solution-driven IT Support Personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across all our locations. You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing user support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all digital tools and infrastructure function efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up laptops, desktops, and user accounts
• Manage email access, system permissions, and on-boarding/off-boarding
• Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi and internet connectivity
• Liaise with internet service providers when needed
• Support basic website updates and internal tools
• Maintain IT asset inventory
• Ensure systems follow basic security practices

Requirements & Qualification

• 2–4 years experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems and troubleshooting
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity issues)
• Good communication skills (ability to support non-technical users)
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365
• Basic website or CMS knowledge
• IT certifications (CompTIA, etc.)
