About the Role

• We at Enviable Group, are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officers to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security protocols are adhered to.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and regular maintenance.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions.
• Support staff with IT-related training when necessary.

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system installations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
