IT Support Officer at Bill Energy Services Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for end users and resolve basic IT issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Support network and system operations.
• Create and design graphics, and support basic web design (as needed).
• Maintain IT documentation and user accounts.
• Work with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. or related field (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of IT support experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
• Strong graphic design skills (required).
• Web design experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
